For many years, ACES has provided fuel and emission reduction solutions for
the US military and commercial operators of internal combustion engines.

Recently, ACES joined forces with OEM Data Delivery to offer customers an
efficient and accurate way to track the performance of ACES’ fuel born catalyst
(FBC) and oil born catalyst (OBC). Documenting the fuel savings made possible
through use of these catalysts allows companies to be more competitive,
to eliminate the “guestimate” factor in price negotiations, and to adjust
bidding processes accordingly.

In some cases, users of the system retain the added margin dollars; in more
aggressive bidding situations, users of the system can adjust bid numbers
downward, confident that their numbers are accurate and their competitive
position is optimized.

The average reduction in fuel usage realized by construction and mining
companies using the ACES-OEM DD system is 17.5%. ACES has treated
more than three billion gallons of fuel, in thousands of engines, with no engine
failures. In fact, in addition to substantial ongoing fuel savings, most engines
see a significant extension in service life.
