Q: What sort of technical expertise do we

Q: Why can’t I just buy a PDA and do this myself?

A: The PDA is one element – the data gathering part - of a fleet management
tracking system. Our expertise is–taking that data, and importing it into a reporting
system, where it can be used for costing, planning, and to make the best possible
decisions on everything from labor, to equipment, materials and fuel.

Q: What happens if my PDA is not hot syncing
to a JobPOD?

A: One likely cause is the USB port on the JobPOD could be "frozen" due to
an interruption of the hot sync process. Reboot the JobPOD, and try hot syncing
again. If this doesn’t solve the problem, our 24/7 technical assistance will help.

Q: What happens if I can’t get it to hot sync /
communicate with the company computer?

A: If your PDA device is unable to hot sync or communicate with the computer,
first make sure that the Hot Sync Manager icon is in the system tray on the bottom
right of the screen. If not, start the Hot Sync Manager from the Palm program file.

Check to make sure that the PDA cable is properly connect to a USB port in the
front or back of your computer. If this is the first time the PDA has been connected,
please refer to the PDA installation guide (download copy). Also please refer to the
Aceeca driver installation manual (download copy) and the Aceeca Quick Start
Guide (download copy) .

Q: Are there any other advantages for refuel companies?

A: There are no issues about transpositions and other human errors.
And, in regard to safety, “point, beam, and click” is always preferable to
climbing on a ladder.
