of the work you can generate 80% of the
advantage of doing the entire task.
Pareto analysis helps identify the changes
that will produce the greatest benefits.
It is particularly helpful where there are
multiple possible answers.

Pareto analysis indicates the most important
NC to solve, and produces a score showing
how serious the problem is.
