OEM products are engineered for long, trouble-free service life under the
most challenging conditions. As a result, we have strong customer relationships
and many repeat customers, as companies expand and diversify.

We are committed to maintaining successful customer relationships over the
very long term, and to minimizing downtime. A major part of this commitment
is service. We offer several service plans, and a preventative maintenance
program as well. In all cases, we are committed to turn-around in 5 days or
less so that the productivity of our customers can be maintained.

OEM Controls’ service plans begin on the day of installation and continue long
after our extensive standard warranty expires. Extended service programs can
be arranged in multiple-year increments, or on a year-by-year basis.

Basic Service Plan
This plan covers the cost of labor for equipment repair,
either on-site or at our Connecticut service lab. All work is
done by our own factory technicians who have an average
of 10 years experience with these systems. New components
are supported with a one-year warranty.

Enhanced Service and Parts Plan
This is an extension of our initial one-year standard warranty,
and also covers parts, software upgrades, and email support.
Travel and labor costs are included, as are shipping costs.

Comprehensive Service with Preventative Maintenance
OEM developed this plan for its largest users who wanted
an all-inclusive plan that included normal parts and labor,
travel, emergency service and yearly preventative maintenance.
The plan provides loaner systems at no charge in the event an
OEM system unit needs to be sent to our service lab.
